Our second trip to Nicaragua filming this documentary is rapidly coming to an end. This trip has proven to be an amazing learning experience on many different levels. We have met many new people and heard some pretty amazing stories. We are hopeful that we will be able to make their stories come to life and gain the equality and respect they deserve because of this project. Tomorrow is our last day of filming for this trip and we are expecting big things. We will be meeting with the mayor of Leon, Nicaragua to talk about the different laws concerning ramps and other ways of making Nicaragua more universally accessible.
